Submit a provider

Any U.S. GLP-1 telehealth program with public pricing can be listed. Email data@glp1pricecompare.com with:

• Legal entity name, brand name and official domain (plus any former names — entity disambiguation matters).
• The pricing URLs for each medication and plan, showing the price in page text.
• Billing terms per plan: monthly, prepaid, or per-28-days; any required upfront payment.
• Mandatory fees: membership, provider care, shipping — amounts, not adjectives.
• Whether the price is the same at every dose, stated on a public page.
• Dispensing pharmacies with 503A/503B status, states served, cancellation terms.

An editor verifies everything against the public pages before any figure is published; until then, submitted values are labeled provider-submitted, pending verification or not shown. Submission grants no control over the record, no placement, and no effect on any sort — see the editorial policy. Wrong later? File a correction with the page that proves it.
