Shipping is the quietest mandatory fee. This page counts who includes it, who charges it, and who won’t say.

Of 59 tracked programs, 32 state on their own pages that shipping is included, 1 charge it separately, and 26 do not publish shipping terms at all. An unpublished mandatory fee is a hole in the price, so it caps the observation at grade B rather than being assumed away — which is why the share of providers publishing shipping terms (56%) is itself a transparency finding. No tracked provider currently publishes a separate per-shipment dollar amount on its pricing page; if one appears, it enters the all-in calculation and this page on the same build.
